Close harmony: Alan Heywood & Company have merged with BKL 

In March 2024, Alan Heywood & Company merged with BKL, a Top 50 firm of chartered accountants and tax advisers. We are now based at BKL’s office in Finchley, North London.  

We continue to trade under the Alan Heywood & Company name: offering accountancy, tax and specialist services to the music, media and entertainment industries as well as entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and owner-managed businesses across a range of other sectors. 

Clients of the merged firm will continue to receive the bespoke, professional service that is so important to us, while also benefitting from a greater range of specialisms. This includes many specialist tax services.

Elana joined us in 2017 as an ACA trainee, after graduating from Durham University where she had studied languages. She is now a manager in our assurance team.
